Maths and numeracy form an integral part of our everyday curriculum at Hoylandswaine. We endeavour to provide opportunities that allow pupils to practice and embed their skills and knowledge in a variety of practical and functional contexts and situations. We use the accelerated learning cycle approach in all lessons to ensure pupils are highly engaged, challenged and supported through manageable chunks of learning promoting rapid progress.
